After a few years and some hard work my new website TheChinskey.com in now up and running. It's designed to be an online portfolio of all my work including cartoons, comics, and original art. I plan on updating it regularly with each new piece I create.
As the central hub for all of my work it features webpages dedicated to each section. The Toons page features links to each of my cartoons as well as facts and information you won't find anywhere else. The Comics section featuress several of my original comics including my latest release Death Gets a Life Season 1. Finally there is the Gallery, home to several original sketches and pieces of art incluing a few you won't find anywhere else!
You may motice several links in that last paragraph, that's because I want everyone to check it out! Let me know what you think of it. I worked hard to make it an entertaining site full of content that people wanted to see. So let me know what you think of it. You can always messge me or send me an e-mail at www,firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for reading and once again, go check out my new website, www.TheChinskey.com.
I released my newest cartoon today, Enviorn-Mental. This starts the my next phase of cartoons where I'll be releasing several shorts and then eventually combine them into a collection called the Quickie Collection.
I'll be rebuilding my website as well as working on posting my cartoons on other sites so production on the next one might be a little slow but I expect to finish at least one more short by the end of the year.
Until then though, check out my latest, Enviorn-Mental.
It's been a while since I've uploaded a new cartoon to newgrounds, about 3 yrs in fact. I've been busy working on several projects including my most recent submission, Don't Feed the Bears.
This cartoon is a love letter to the old Disney and Looney Tunes cartoons of yesteryear. It features almost no spoken dialog (only one word in fact) and was created almost entirely by myself (just the sound effects and music were not original).
Although it could be considered a simple animation, it was by far the most complex one I've made so far. For starters, this cartoon is done using 24 fps and due to my Flash program being from 2003, getting the sound to play properly was very difficult at first. This was just one of the many problems that arose in the process of making Don't Feed the Bears.
I don't want to complain all day however, instead I just want you to watch it and let me know what you think. I'm always happy to hear from fans and will gladly answer any questions or comment you may have. So feel free to e-mail me, or just reply to this post and remember to enjoy the show!
Don't know how many people out there are going to read this but for those of you who do I say Thank you and Hello".
I wanted to get in communication with others out there and see what's going on. I figure if there are people out there interested in what I have to say I might as well say it.
Anyway, I wanted to give some news about my latest cartoon. It's called "Don't Feed the Bears" and is about a hungry bear who goes looking for something to eat but ends up finding more then he bargined for. I'm trying to make it like an old school Looney Tunes cartoon and it should be done in a couple months.
Anyway, I wanted to know if this sounds like an itneresting idea. Let me know what you guys think in the comments section, and if you want more data I'll keep you posted.
Well that's all I've got to say for now. Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing your comments.
